30 Day Return Policy
Thank you for giving Sacco the opportunity to earn your business as we know you have many choices to choose from when purchasing your glove. Within 30 Days of your purchase if you’re not satisfied with the fit/feel, size, or overall appearance do not hesitate to contact us for a full refund. Within our 30-day return period we ask you do not do any of the following for this will void the policy:
- Hot Water Treatment and/or steamers.
- NEVER PUT YOUR GLOVE IN THE OVEN OR MICROWAVE
- Do not apply any conditioner until you’re absolutely certain you’re keeping the glove.
- We cannot accept any gloves with clears signs of use and/or dirty.
Once we receive the glove we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the glove.
Note: All sales are final on custom gloves.
1-Year Warranty
All gloves come with a one-year warranty against any and all manufactured defects.
Note: Laces are not covered under the one-year warranty.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear such as cosmetic damage: minor scratches or discoloration including natural fading of colors and embroidery threads.
- Any damage caused by misuse or abuse either accidental or negligent including prolong exposure to inclement weather.
- Gloves treated with steam and/or heat treatments.
- Gloves overly oiled/conditioned.
